Recommended Food Ingredients
Rice, bread, potatoes, cereals, beef, egg whites, fish, tofu, tempeh, nuts, yogurt, cheese,
avocado, broccoli, soybeans, chocolate, spinach, moringa, mustard greens, all kinds of fresh fruit.
